How do I attach a non-playable puppet to a movable object at floor level?
I have created a couple of levels called tube race and want a puppet to ride on a controllable inner tube down a river and just animate the arms to turn left and right. I have tried tweaking many options but the puppet clashes with the tube or levitates above it when still. I have tried options like do not collide, removing all of the chips and connectors with no luck. Any help with this would be grateful.

Tweak the puppet. Look on the "cogs" tab, and turn off procedural walking and procedural movement. They're called something like that. That should work for you just fine.
