Move with grab without falling

What tweak settings do I need for an object on a bolt so that it can be moved easily with an imp grab, but wont fall down with gravity? Either it is difficult to move or it falls down by itself.

  Is gravity disabled on both the parent and child objects?
  
  Has moveable been disabled on the parent object?

  I think if you set it to non-moveable it will stay in place but still be able to be rotated on its bolt via imp grab.
