Can I resize one percentage point at a time?

Title says it all. Tabbing through it with the d-pan isn't fine-grained enough for what I'm trying to make. Thanks!

  Hi there,
  
  One thing you can do is turn on Precise Move under the Guides Menu which I find makes it slightly easier as then my objects aren't moving around, but you have to be super light to the touch to scale up/down by 1% specifically.
  
  I'd definitely recommend posting this in feedback as well that it is quite tricky to do such tiny increments.

  Ditto. And it's such a pain when editing tempos on a timeline..

  Messed around with precision mode last night and it works much better -- still not as precise as can be but better than the big chunks without it.
