Is there any way to change the level's floor guide?

I was a bit silly and created my level at a weird angle to the floor guide, meaning gravity is affected. Is there any way to reorientate which way is down without trying to select every component in my level and reposition it all? Alternatively... is there a "select all"?

Note to self: pay attention to which way is down from now on.

  Press x twice to select all.
  Hold L1 + triangle - on the floor to get the grid of the floor
  Hold R2 + triangle - while holding an object for it to be affected by the current grid
