How Do I: Skip the Tutorials

Is there a way to skip the tutorials for Dream Shaping and come back to them later when you need it?

  As far as I know, Create Mode is locked until you finish the first 4 tutorials.
  
  The rest, however, you can do as needed.

  Note that you can blast through a tutorial pretty quickly by skipping each video, then completing the level.
