Background focus in sculpt mode
Hi, when in sculpt mode the background goes monochrome and soft focus. In the tutorial films the greyed background is clear enough to position new sculpts in relation to other objects. When I’m in sculpt mode the background seems much more out of focus making it very difficult to line new sculpts up with already existing ones.
I tried messing with my Imp reach in case reach and focus plane were related but couldn’t get the greyed background any sharper.
Is that it just how it is ? Am I imagining the tutorials have sharper grey backgrounds? Or I s there something I can do?
Any thoughts appreciated.

You can turn it off in the options menu.

Press options, click on the three dots for the options menu. In "visual feedback" change it to a lower setting.

Adjusting the visual feedback settings doesn’t effect the degree of focus sharpness of the monochrome background when in sculpt mode. Perhaps it’s a camera setting?
