Painting on a canvas that can't be seen in play mode
How do I paint on a canvas and not show the canvas in play mode?
I want to be able to see the paint in play mode but not the canvas that the paint is on.

Hey,
Am I correct in thinking that your canvas is a Sculpt (i.e. you're surface snapping onto a physical object)?
If so, you can set your Sculpt to invisible by tweaking it. There is a toggle for visibility on the Physical Properties page.
However, visibility changes will preview while in edit mode, so you'll find that your canvas disappears when you close its tweak menu. To fix this, you can disable the "Preview Invisibility" option, which is the leftmost button in the Show/Hide menu in the palette.
Hope that helps :)

You can also just paint with no “canvas” :)

Or delete the canvas when you have finished painting.
