Bones
At some point when messing with my puppet, newly sculpted parts of my character started to fall off the biped. I brought them back using a scope-in trick. But when I look at my bones structure, part of it is greyed out. Each bone is assigned to the proper body part. All white bone elements are moving correctly, grey ones are not. Please help how to make it working?

Hi,
If you click on the grey bone icon then select what that bone is on your puppet that will re link it.
But it sounds like you may have deleted or deleted the joints,
Turn on joint visibility in the visibility setting and check if all the joints are in place, and new ones if needed and reassign the bone as per the first part of this message

I just dealt with a similar issue. Make sure your joint connectors are going from YELLOW to BLUE going outwards from the pelvic bone. If not your "Bones" will be gray.
