Is there a pencil brush option?

I watched one of the videos and it looked like there was a menu with a simple pencil brush option for painting. For the life of me I can't find it anywhere. Can someone tell me where it is?

  In paint mode, look in the tools menu.

  I can't find a pencil option. I just get the different brush settings like heavy, fleck etc. Is there a sub menu with the pencil option in there?
