How do I resize an object along a single axis?

Example: Let's say I've just stamped a cube, but I decide I want it to be taller, but not wider. How do I make that happen?

  Back in the tools section, there is a <-> icon called stretch. Place the end of your imp on the side of the shape you want to extend, hold R2 and pull.
