Triangle to reset tweak to default should work when hovering over any part of a radio button cluster tweak
The triangle button's function of resetting a tweak to its default value is useful. But there are some tweaks for which it doesn't work very well - radio button clusters. When the tweak is a radio button cluster, reset to default works only when the imp is hovering over the button for the default value. So to make it work, the user has to remember for themselves what the default value is. And if they've done that and hovered over the correct button, they could use the cross button to set the tweak to that value - they don't need an extra button, and the triangle button's function isn't adding anything useful.
But if the triangle button's reset function worked when hovering over any part of the radio button cluster, the user wouldn't have to remember for themselves what the default value is, and the reset function would be useful for those tweaks.
