Custom Gadgets

This would let you turn a microchip into a custom gadget. The custom gadget would have a tweak menu, and ports and such that would only show if they were used. I could use this for my seeded Randomizer so I could have up to 10 ports available but only show 2 or whatever. This would also let me quickly adjust different variables in the chip.
