Can I import my own original music made in free software?
I want to upload my own music through the audio import feature for my level but I'm not sure if it is safe because of the rules for importing, I have a Mac and I mainly produce music on GarageBand and was wondering if it is safe to upload my own short clips for things like background music.. Serious question, I am very talented with music creation and I want to be on a comfortable platform that allows me to use my midi keyboard, I have no problem with the Dreams music creation tools I just prefer my software.

We're generally advised against it, because audio uploaded to Dreams requires rights to distribute and recreate instruments, because that's what Dreams lets you do. So if you're using instruments that use samples, you'll need licenses for those. That's the general idea, I think.
If you made your own instruments using your own recordings of real-world physical instruments is okay. Just samples and synths from a DAW is pretty hairy as far as legality goes.

If the software you're using gives you the right to do literally anything you like with its output, and the sound samples (or software synth) 'licence' gives you the right to do literally anything, including selling it on* then there should be no cause for issues.
Unfortunately the landscape of music and sample software and licences are so varied and complex that it's hard for Mm to use any general rule except 'don't'.
* I include 'selling' your work as something your licence must permit because from the point of view of the external software, Sony are making money from sales of Dreams and part of the product of Dreams is the content you upload to the Dreamiverse. So that's relevant, in law, even if you personally are working on what you consider to be given for 'free' .
