I think they are broken u supply power to them an the continue 2 work even when power is not supplied is this just happing to me are anyone else got this problem?

  More correctly, they don't continue to apply rotation. The object just continues to rotate by itself because there is nothing to slow its rotation.

  If you leave the power on, but set its speed to 0, it will slow the rotation to 0 instead of leaving it to do its own thing.
