Incognito Dreamers and Thumbed up counts

The Thumbed up counts do not match the number of Dreamers listed when I look at who has thumbed up. Why are some Dreamer accounts not counting towards the thumbed up count? I thought not having an OnlineID was only for indreams.me. There were 9 Dreamers listed for one of my creations and only 6 as a count. And why do some dreamers get referred to as a number in notifications and not their name, such as 
3 dreamers followed LadylexUK
or
A Dreamer gave thumbed up to BlahBlahBlah

or MrGreen and 2 other Dreamers gave thumb up to BlahBlahBLah

  There’s been something odd for quite a while with the way thumb ups are counted in the Activity feed, at least on Elements. When thumb up a creation sometimes that appears in my own activity, sometimes not. I often just look at elements in create mode and don’t “play” them so maybe that’s part of it.
