Laser Scope that returns colour values

Would be cool to know the RGB value of the surface the laser scope is hitting. Could use it for all sorts of logic tools or experiements or just as a colour picker tool

  Would be useful but in the world of 3D game engines I have not seen any ray cast that can do that. Ray casts are linked to collision and physics just like the laser scope in dreams.
