Always On Top for Head & Imp Trackers.
This would make it where custom cursors do not get covered up by objects if you're too close to them. Getting close to a wall for example will cause this issue to happen.

That would be cool, but not sure it's feasible for things like paint and sculpts. Here are some options we currently have which may help you with the problem in general...
For head trackers, there's a "multiply scale" setting, which can shrink it all down real close to the camera so it doesn't clip into things in the scene.
For imp trackers, the camera gadget has an "imp distance" setting. If it's 0 the imp will be at the plane of the focus distance. If it's something else, it'll be that far away from the camera view. So set that real small and you should be able to get it working in most cases. It also has an imp scale setting on camera gadgets too, if that helps.
