New Painting Tools

Right now we only have draw flecks in a line. But what about tool to draw flecks in a smooth curved line by choose too points then the curve amount or a rectangle/oval tool

  Has been suggested before (by myself and others). I agree. It would be good if they added a dedicated paint canvas window. For painting 2d things!
