Use the rotator gadget, that rotates objects at their center point.

Grab the head with the grabcam, l1. And push the left stick to get close to the sculpt. That should help with sculpting details :)

You can also just make your own chip or even just put the sound right on the puppet, just remember to snap it on by holding L1 before letting go. It will then be attached.

If i understand correctly... You should take your logic off the box and apply it to the whole group instead.
