Yeah, I found the solution. You have to use the stamp tool and edit the shape. Not the smear for blending and softening the shape. I was so happy when I found this for sculpting.

Ok. I just figured it out as far as the bulge/deflate option. It is the smear shape tool. I need to use this tool instead of the stretch tool for sculpting.

Is there a smooth texture for sculpting and bulge/deflate without the arrows picking single sections?
Texture for sculpting is too fuzzy,splotchy. I want solid texture and bulge/deflate option without having to use shapes.
