invisible wall blocks animation, how to fix?

So, I'm currently working on a cartwheel animation (character) and when going through the keyframes, the poses of the body are fine.

But when I run the animation, it seems to be a bug that prevents on of the character model's legs to fully run the animation.
It's like there is an invisible wall or sorts that blocks the right foot from moving past a certain point. The rest of the body can move without restrictions.

Does anybody know how to fix this? Or what may cause it?

It's often a conflict with the puppets own procedural animation. You can try turning that off on page 5 of the puppet's tweak menu.
