I have a feeling the signal manipulator (is that its name?) can be used to delay a signal pulse but I can't check right now.

I agree it'd be nice to do this without a bolt. Actually it'd be nice to be able to set that point through logic too. I have an idea for a game that would depend on exactly that being possible.

Its down to a combination of hand painting, choice of finish and fleck options. You can do a lot with different fleck types, impasto and looseness.
