    For texture, go to Coat Mode and select "Finishes", then you can test out different finishes on your sculpture to see what you can make. For really bright colors, I'd use the Hue tool, which is in the same Mode. It has a paint brush icon. If that doesn't work, get the brightest color you can and don't mix it, then tint your sculpture some of that color and then find the next brightest color you want and gently tint it again. I'm not sure if either of those methods will work, since I'm not on so I can't test it out myself. Good luck to you!

    Another way to brighten your colours is to add a small amount of Glow in the tweak screen. If you turn off light emission, and turn the Glow up around the 10% mark, you'll start seeing something like a cel-shaded effect. Anywhere between 0 and 10 will just add a nice brightness to your colour.
