Can I make the the intersection between two body parts less obvious?
Any intersection on the puppet between two parts (like the the elbows, knees etc.) are very obvious. How would I go about smoothing that out? Because u cant make bendy forms right (the whole arm in one sculpt which bends).

The intersection will be softer if you increase the Looseness of the sculpts, but the sculpts will also have less detail. You could also play with the way they respond to light such as making them Waxy.

Both good suggestions but I like characters that are more visually tight, so looseness isn’t an option I think. I’ve played around with waxy finish and it’s an OK solution even though it’s a bit sad that u lose your shadows all together on your char. Well Thanks for answering! :)

You could also just make it harder to see by spraypainting the surfaces a bit darker at the intersection.
If it's really that important to you, you might even try covering up the intersection with a few well-placed paint strokes, and fade them in with a keyframe. You might be able to sell it as wrinkling cloth. -
There are some amazing characters out there, that make it difficult to see the joins. I'd recommend just going and remixing them, to see what techniques they used.
