have no shadows

is there any way to make the level not have any shadows? even when i have turned of the sun, and turned of cast shadows, there is still slight shadows on everything.
i am trying to make a game where there are no shadows..

You might be able to select all objects, open their tweak menu and select the option to never cast shadows.

yea i have done this, but there are still some shadows.
