Is it possible to clone more then one keyframe?
Is it possible to clone more then one keyframe that have a edit blend between them and just clone that whole group over instead of just one keyframe?
Also is there another way to scrub through the timeline that’s less jittery, sometimes it’s difficult to get a steady position on the timeline. And is there a way to stop the scrubbing at certain points instead of it popping back to keyframes or beginning of timeline?

You should be able to multi select as many key frames as you want using x and clone them all at once.
