How to acheive certain effects Ie dust flowing or fabric swaying ect ??
First of all I have not even attempted effects/physics so I’m just looking for a dummy guide on how to acheive the following and what tools would be best used the fastest way to add some effects for a sculpt to bring some life to it.
I’m assuming this would be achieve with painted strokes being animated but I’m not sure of the process to make this happen.
Looking for a simple explanation on how I can achieve an effect to give the sense of dust/debris flowing in the wind for a showcase scene.
Also I’m looking at how to acheive the effect for fabric flowing ie a banner or flag swaying and also objects crumbling from an original surface ie a wall structure tumbling over like in Mm Emile’s Robot scene.

There is a tutorial for this. Just adapt what you learn with a different effect you want.

yeah paint strokes are probably the way to go. Draw one, tweak the animation side, for the dust effect i believe it'd be a short tail, adjust speed etc.
Just give it a try xD -
