Apply cloned object changes to all source objects in area?
Beginner question, once I cloned an object in my scene, then change it, how can I apply the changes to all the other origin objects in the scene? Thanks!

You can't once you've already cloned it non-live. Use the clone tool (not the shortcut) and check mark live clone on the right side of the screen.

Or if you mean changes to things other that sculpts, you'd have to make it its own element (you can use "save as new"). Then if you make changes in the imported element you can use update mode (menu > modes) to update the instances in the scene.
