How do I diffuse audio like you can diffuse a light source?
I want to have audio that can only be heard within a certain zone, and gets fainter further away from the source.

In one of the tabs there's a toggle for whether the sound is global or located in 3D space, and you can tweak the sound's radius to change how the volume falls off. If you can't get the exact falloff you want with the audio falloff, you could create a Zone with a falloff range (set it to detect either the camera or the possessed controller sensor), and hook the zone's output to the sound's volume input.

I believe the speaker gadget is another way to achieve this.
