Is there a fast way to add some texture to my sculpts?
I don't want the sculpture to look plain. Is the only way to add textures spray paint on it? I would like if there were some pre-made texture paint styles to choose from and apply to your sculpts. Lets say if I would make a futuristic platform and I would like to add a electric wire styled texture to my platform. Is the only way to achieve this paint every line and shape by myself?

Its down to a combination of hand painting, choice of finish and fleck options. You can do a lot with different fleck types, impasto and looseness.

Before you start sculpting, make a mixed color in the color picker: put 2-4 shades and highlight colors into the mixer and give it a gentle spin. Now your sculpt will have some automatic variability. Experiment with loseness, fleck type, impasto, and roughness, as mentioned below to get additional variation.
Also you can build up textured surfaces by stamping pieces onto plain surfaces, grouping, and then cloning and turning.
