Change a released creation from public, not remixable to remixable?

I've shared an element online and chose the public but not remixable option. I now want to make it remixable for others to use. I can't see where to do this, how do I change that?

  OK so the creation is an element. Looks like elements are either public and remixable or private. I didn't understand that private/public/remixable options vary depending on the TYPE of creation.
