How do I control how looseness is applied?
In the tutorial, when I applied looseness to the grass, it loosened in a very specific way that looked grassy and cool. When I apply looseness to my own creation, it just melts into an ugly blob. How to I adjust that?

Hi,
In the style mode you get to choose how the looseness looks,
If you want grass for example you'll want to choose a grassy looking fleck (the one right on the end works for me)
Then add on some impasto ( to make the flecks stand on end)
Add some ruffle to randomise it a bit)
Then the looseness will now make the grass look like a mown lawn or a wild meadow.
For an extra bonus go into the effects mode and add a bit of waviness to bring your grass to life!

I see, I have to apply the fleck to the sculpture before loosening it - got it, thank you!

What flecks are sculptures made out of by default and can you change that or do you, have to paint over them?
-
'@MrKlawUK, you can use the coat tool to change the fleck type of an object after you've sculpted it.
-
'@Magus0Mind00 but then I think I can’t spray paint it?

You can use the spray paint tool in Coat Mode to change the object's colour.
