Subtracting from sculpt with colored primitive... Is that supposed to leave a colored negative space? I thought I'd seen this done.
I'm probably just missing something obvious but I can't figure it out. I hit L1+X to tunnel into a sculpt and then try to subtract with a differently colored shape and it remains the same color despite changing my primitive shape's color.

Strange, I did the same thing earlier and it made the interior the new color I was using. I think I was using shape stamp at the time, which seems to change things here and there.

I've had this issue as well, I just ended up deleting it and starting and it worked

It’s odd. It worked in a new sculpt but when editing one particular sculpt I couldn’t get it to work. Even in stamp mode.

Just in case anyone else reads this with the same problem I think it was a ‘finish’ covering my shape that was obscuring the color applied to the sculpt.
