You can click the dice button next to any of the rows to start playing random stuff from that row. When one game is finished, it automatically finds a new random one to play. That's what is called "dreamsurfing."
You can also do this if you search for anything, and then the left-most option is to start dreamsurfing those results.

Yes, but this requires you to pick a starting feed.
The idea of the play anything button is that it randomized the entry point.
