Live notification icon selectable with your imp

I would like an togglable notification icon that works like a text displayer. It's deactivated by default (automatically shows up in edit mode) and can be toggled in global settings. It would also play a little animation when you get 1 new notification, and a different one for follower notifications. You can press it with your imp to take it to your notifications page too. You move it in my preferences to wherever you want too
