sure you can.... but as far as i know, you can't "drag" your sculpt around in that mode, cloning should be fine.It's annoying at first, but becomes second nature pretty quickly

Yeah that was odd for me too, you have to scope out of the sculpt then move it and go back in (if necessary)

yeah paint strokes are probably the way to go. Draw one, tweak the animation side, for the dust effect i believe it'd be a short tail, adjust speed etc.Just give it a try xD
