Dreams and eyes

You can check the settings to see if anything in there can help: camera shake; motion blur; UI effects (!), such as thumbail outlines and background lights.

Or is your concern more about the creating/playing side...?

My experience has been that it is not advisable to work on Dreams for hours at a time without a break. It is very easy to get carried away and not realise the time going by, but it is not good for your eyes and it can cause headaches, backache, neck strain and repetitive strain with fingers and wrists. This is true for any activity that involves concentration on a screen. Take regular breaks. Make sure you are using the controller correctly. If you are struggling to control the imp then the camera can go haywire, lots of odd movements of the camera can be uncomfortable. Adjust screen brightness - you can find lots of info on the internet about best practices.
Don't have your screen too close. Get a good seat. Lounging on the sofa may feel comfortable but it is not a good idea, you should have an upright seat - just as you would for using a PC.
