1000% Fleck Stretch Option on Paintings

So currently the Fleck Stretch Limit is 200%, however it was recently discovered that an MM Asset used a 421% Stretch Setting: https://twitter.com/johnnbagel/status/1547783021348106241?t=c6pQPRsvjpUVCpHMO1rmPQ&s=19 The Asset in Question: https://indreams.me/element/oHueDEViSRh I would like to suggest to increase this Option to 1000% for everyone so we can make high Grass and other stuff with it, like here: https://twitter.com/johnnbagel/status/1547796085640376320?t=4189DADY_hhpivUca46VBw&s=19

  I feel like more stuff should have lifted their limit beyond reasonable amount.
