Walking amimation broke after sculpting on the limbs. How do I fix limbs on a Puppet?

So I was making this cool Ogre and decided to sculpt on the the arms and chests that were already on the puppet but it seems like the whole upper body just broke. How do I fix this?

Make organic looking trees?

So i'm trying to make trees for this animal crossing inspired thing but they look so ugly and weird. Any way to make them look more organic like an actual tree?
