Sculpt smear: time between stamps

Currently, the smear works by stamping a new shape position each frame. It would be great to be able to choose how long between stamps, to allow for different uses of smear.

We sort of have something like this when we have the grid on, but that only stutters it in position. And that's not really what we want for some things.

There have been times when this would be useful for me. I've wanted a stuttered smear for some effect but for that I needed to perfectly perform a super quick swipe across the screen, along the exact line I wanted, and with the right kind of spacing between stamps. It can be a bit of a nightmare of trial-and-error. With this sub-setting, we could take our time and still not have a normal dense smear.
