Icon in name as gadget icon

We have a wide array of icons which is great! But gadgets have very limited access to them, for example the chip and the node gadgets can only show 22 of them. But we can put *any* icon we want in the name of the gadget--which tends to be done to *sort of* give it an icon of its own.

I propose that if the name of the gadget *begins with an icon*, that icon will show on the gadget's face (and the node's input/output "nub" if applicable). This would allow for thousands of possibilities, letting us very easily see what a gadget is there for, with very little needed by way of implementation of new UI to select the icon.

It could even apply to *all* gadgets. Giving us way more flexibility than before. But also letting most gadgets look exactly as they did before, avoiding any confusion.

For nodes/chips that already have a way of selecting the icon, if a non-default icon has been selected that could take precedence. Or the other way around, it's all good.
