Don't scale text arrow gizmos

In some situations it's hard to hover over just the main text box part of the gizmo, and the arrow handles are large. If I want to scale the text itself in such a situation, it can be easy to accidentally hover over an arrow--especially on a sticker, where there are even more arrows to accidentally hover over and it's generally hard to see what you're doing in the first place.

I would guess people never want to use up/down on the d-pad to move the arrows, even if they're hovering over them. Dragging them is so much easier and more precise anyway. I'd suggest having the arrows ignore scaling, and instead the scale should be applied to the actual text box instead.

This will make it easier to work with, and all the extra gizmos floating around less obtrusive.
