How do I de-animate my puppet?
I'm tweaking a character I made a while ago so he animates a little differently to the default movements, however it seems like the arms have a position they hold when I enter the run animation.
I cranked up the Arm Vigour and when in the walk anim you can see they are moving with more vigour but when it blends into the run anim the elbows pull into the hips at 90 degrees and they are very stiff.
I assume I've tweaked the arms in a way that it thinks that's the position I want them to be in. Does that sound like something that could happen? How do I revert that so the puppet adopts the slider values for all the movement animation? I can't undo because it was so long ago!
Thanks :)

This might help...
Assuming your puppet started life as a normal Mm puppet, bring an unmodified puppet into the scene, open up its “brain” and place the windows side by side so you can compare the settings and tweak yours to match the default. -
Ah good idea, I'll try that. Perhaps I inadvertently changed something at some point. I assumed I had added a blend into those anims somehow but maybe they're just out of sync.
