The solution then is to have two pulses that alternate (first pulse > not > second pulse). This is done in real electronics logic as well (when increasing the clock speed isn't an option.). :)

Yeah, that diagram is confusing, especially after you read the tooltip. Spent a good while on a project pulling my hair out, stubbornly refusing to accept that the tooltip might be wrong. :D
