Add a tag or marker that creators can add to their assets that make them Free to Use by default.  So that anybody can use them outside of Dreams.

Why Survey Monkey?    This is an ongoing problem with Dreams.  Too much of Dreams takes players away from Dreams and causes players to not even bother participating.
