Imps Sculpting is way to fast and not steady enough to have any control over what I’m doing
Is there a way to slow down the sensitivity any more or the imps when sculpting, I feel when I sculpt I’m all over the place and I have the most difficult time getting my sculpt tool to just stay close to where I want it instead of flying all over the place. Even with sensitivity for the imps down to zero I still get this. I’m an experienced sculptor for several yrs and I’ve sculpted in other programs even SculptVR and have never had this issue where I can’t even control where I’m sculpting, it’s so frustrating to a point I don’t even wanna try, is there any way to resolve this Mm, this is what I’m skilled at and wanna bring to Dreams, but I find it hard to believe anyone can use this unless they are use to it, it just doesn’t feel natural to me like normal sculpting traditionally or digitally. Is there something I’m missing??
Does anyone else who is sculpting in beta have this issue??

Hi, yes, in "My Preference Menu" on Control panel, there is an "Imp Sensibility"
this make the imp move less fast. should help ! -
Or even "Imp Sensitivity". :P
They're sensible and sensitive. The perfect companions. XD -
Might be a good idea to add a separate sensitivity slider for sculpting. Or something similar to lightly holding R2 when moving an object

Tried that Christophe, mine is at the lowest it will go and I still get frantic movement or jitteriness, is there another way? I found that when sculpting the tentacle snap somewhat helps but you have to be really steady with the move controls still imo
Can you guys look into this please and perhaps add a more stable movement? -
Been having similar issues, stamp tool is a bit less erratic, but still troublesome, will adjust and give it another shot.

How far away are you sitting from the PS camera? If you’re too far back the camera has trouble keeping precise track of the controllers.

I'm having the same issue: whether I have the imp sensitivity set at 1 or 10 it doesn't seem to make any difference in the speed of the imp movements.

One thing that I had trouble with was scale. If you zoom out on the dual moves using both buttons you can change the scale from 1:1 and make sculpting precisely much more difficult even if you drag yourself back in close with just 1 move controller.

I'm having the same issue. My imp has a life of its own and flies off as soon as it sees an object I want to sculpt. Very annoying.
