Invisible walls possible? Clipping issues too
Is it possible to make collidable, invisible objects in the world to prevent a player from leaving an area. I've also been needing this because if walls are thin it seems it's very common to just completely clip through them, it's actually a bit of a game breaker at the moment with the stuff I'm working on.

You can simply tweak any geometry and unselect the eye icon in the physical properties to make invisible, collidable walls.
For thin walls, you may be able to increase the physics quality to make it perform better (right at the bottom of the same page.)
Hope this helps :) Peter -
Totally! Just place your walls like any other object, but turn off the "visible" switch in the sculpt's tweak menu, on the fifth tab called "physical properties".

I have "thin" invisible walls and I dont clip through, you shouldnt go that thin, cause thickness doesnt really matter much in thermo! just make them a bit thicker and you're good.

can you make the walls thicker? if its just the default primitive it shouldn't be that taxing to thermo. you just set the primitive to not visible. and start placing it down

You can set a sculpt to invisible.
L1 + square to tweak the object, then press the eye icon in, I think, the physics tab. -
Thanks for the help. Invisible walls completely fixed any of the issues I've been having!
