I have that enabled at set to max distance, that's not it though. The camera always lags on Y and waits for the character to reach the borders of the screen before it starts catching up.

Nah the game is paused :/ what I ended up doing after positioning the bolt is scopeing into the the group all the way and moving each sculpt to the new center...

Yeah I did try that and it kida works, but when the character runs at full speed into something like a tree it will react by either tilting forward in an angle or sliding off and going up on the Y ...
